OTRS Group regards events as an important communication channel and an opportunity for direct exchange. Therefore, we regularly participate in external events, but also organize our own conferences and meetings – worldwide. We believe that digital progress lends even more importance to personal conversations and meetings.
Trade Fairs

Due to the ongoing Corona-related situation, on-site events will remain the exception rather than the rule in 2021. We will decide on participation in trade fairs and conferences at short notice depending on the situation and continue to focus on digital events.
