Human Relations

Less resources, more people!

Oh dear, the HR people. Who doesn’t know them? The company’s party poopers. They only contact you when they have bad news or your tax ID is still missing. On good days, they even put out a job ad. Right?

Admittedly, we can’t avoid the “admin stuff” either. Apart from that, however, our HR people do things a little differently. They prefer to focus on relationships instead of just numbers – it’s no coincidence that HR stands for human relations. Relations, that means first and foremost getting to know people, listening to them, creating connections, building trust and, in interviews, sometimes even asking about your favorite series instead of strengths and weaknesses. In doing so, they ensure that values and corporate culture are given the space they need and that they are (can be) consciously lived out. In short: they make sure that where it says OTRS, there is freedom.

In addition to the daily challenges, there is also a lot to be mastered strategically, because HR also means maintaining an overview in an increasingly complex working world. The buzzwords are blowing up in our faces: New Work. Change Management. Agile Transformation. Employer Branding. Corporate Culture. War for Talents. Let’s be honest – who is supposed to look through all this? And how, and where, are you supposed to set priorities?

Our HR team tackles such questions fearlessly, openly and creatively. As a listener, as a sparring partner, often as a source of inspiration and, when necessary, simply as a doer. And by the way, they keep their eyes open for people who think like they do. How about you?

"There have been tons of exciting projects; can’t choose one. But the main elements of all of them: a great atmosphere of working hands-on, trust, open-mindedness & fun."
