In your role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and developing new customer potential – both nationally and internationally.
  • Building your own pipeline and consistently driving leads through to closing.
  • Contacting decision-makers from middle management to C-level – via phone, video, email, and in person.
  • Working with a high degree of autonomy, flexibly from your home office.
  • Receiving state-of-the-art equipment (MacBook), a supportive team culture, and the opportunity for occasional travel within Germany.

This is you:

  • You’re a true hunter: self-motivated, success-driven, and confident in closing deals.
  • You have a proven track record of acquiring new customers and consistently exceeding your sales targets.
  • You thrive on direct customer interaction – whether on the phone or face to face.
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in SaaS or IT services sales.
  • You’re confident working with tools like Microsoft Office and ideally also with CRM/ERP systems such as SAP.
  • You’re fluent in German and English and feel at home in an international environment.
