Oberursel, September 16, 2025 – The Supervisory Board of OTRS AG is pleased to announce the appointment of Muriel Gellf as the company’s new Chairwoman of the Management Board. She succeeds André Mindermann, who will dedicate himself to new ventures in the field of artificial intelligence.
With an extensive experience and as Vice President Legal Affairs at EasyVista, Muriel Gellf brings highly valuable expertise to OTRS AG. In her new role, she will primarily focus on legal matters, while the existing Management Board continues to lead the company’s operational business.
At the end of 2024, OTRS AG was acquired by EasyVista. With the appointment of Muriel Gellf, this close connection between the two companies is now also reflected at the executive level.
The Supervisory Board would like to thank André Mindermann for his vision and engagement to, not only, create and develop a strong market player, but also be a strong sponsor to bring OTRS and EasyVista together to form a True European Champion. At the same time, we warmly welcome Muriel Gellf and look forward to shaping the future of OTRS together.
