By establishisng of OTRS Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia) and OTRS Ltd. (Hong Kong) the OTRS Group pays tribute to the increasing demand for open source high quality Help Desk and ITSM solutions in the whole Asia-Pacific region.

About Mr. Kenny Cheah Ken Nan

Kenny Cheah is Director of OTRS Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia. He brings in many years of experience in IT and management of complex implementation projects. As Director of Evino Group – Ontrack Business Solution Sdn. Bhd., he was responsible for business development in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore markets as well as the management of all related professional service activities with customers in these markets. Previous to Ontrack Business Solution Sdn. Bhd. he joined eGenting Holding Sdn. Bhd. being responsible for IT-infrastructure and system design projects. Kenny Cheah is a chapter committee member of the “IT Service Management Forum Malaysia” focusing to promote ITSM in the region. In 2001 Kenny Cheah received a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Staffordshire University, UK.

 

About Mr. Chee Peng Lee

Chee Peng Lee is also Director of OTRS Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia. He brings in a broad experience portfolio in Marketing and Sales for various IT- and Technology-products. As Regional Sales Manager Asia Pacific for Computer Associates Sdn. Bhd., he was responsible for coordinating Sales and Marketing as well as Professional Services activities in Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. Later on, Chee Peng joined NW Solutions Sdn. Bhd. leading the Sales and Marketing team as well as a pool of consultants to provide support and training to customers in the whole SEA region. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Science from the Bemidji State University, Minnesota, USA.

 

About Mr. Ryan Fok

Ryan Fok is Director of OTRS Ltd., Hong Kong. He has more than 16 years of experience in IT- and Technology management. In his role as the Managing Director and co-founder of Performer Ltd., he is leading the open source software development department and is also responsible for marketing and sales to drive business. Ryan joined Performer Ltd. as a senior consultant in 2001 and took over responsibility for the engineering group, providing state-of-the art business solutions to customers. Previous to Performer Ltd. Ryan Fok held responsible positions at MacauSlot.com and Jardine OneSolution. Ryan is co-founder of TRHK.com., a well known web radio/TV portal. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics and Computer Science from the University of Hong Kong.
