I joined OTRS in March 2018. OTRS offered me eye-to-eye communication, short lines of service, and the ambition to grow together. In addition, even the interview was so personable and open that I felt I could really develop with OTRS and my future team.
The appeal of online marketing is that you are challenged both creatively and analytically. With changing campaigns, new content, and ongoing optimization, it never gets boring. Properly evaluating results requires a willingness to go in-depth and look at things on multiple levels.
Very important are our weekly video conferences in the team, but also 1 to 1 when it comes to the exchange between individual colleagues. If possible, we meet every 2 weeks in our office in Oberursel, and at least once a year we have a team off-site, where we want to develop as a team, agree on new goals and spend time together. But also, outside of work, we have a hang-out every now and then, where it’s just about spending a few hours together and having a good time. For example, at joint cooking sessions.

Among many joint projects, I had the opportunity to completely redesign our marketing reporting. One important goal was to better correlate marketing activities and contract signings of visitors to our website. I would especially like to emphasize that I was given a lot of freedom and trust in this project and received great support from our IT department. It was a great experience!
