What you can expect:

As an OTRS Service Engineer you will be part of an international team providing the best OTRS support to our customers worldwide. You will use your technical expertise for the following tasks:

  • You are the contact person and first point of contact for our worldwide OTRS customers.
  • You are responsible for the initial processing and, if necessary, resolution of customer issues, if necessary in cooperation with the L2 team.
  • You create FAQ entries and maintain knowledge databases.
  • Together with your colleagues you qualify and plan the service requests from the customer side and implement them.
  • We are also looking forward to your contribution to concepts for functional and/or technical tasks around the OTRS products and services.

This is you:

Do you enjoy integrating business and IT in direct customer contact? Then you certainly meet the following requirements:

  • You have either successfully completed training or a degree in IT or have equivalent expertise, knowledge and skills.
  • You are service-oriented and have already had contact with ticket systems (ideally OTRS).
  • You have also already gained knowledge in the areas of Linux and SQL databases.
  • You are able to analyze complex issues and present them in a comprehensible way, both verbally and in writing.
  • You have a good command of English and another (native) language, both written and spoken.
