As an OTRS Service Engineer you are part of an international team that offers the best OTRS support to our customers worldwide. You will use your technical expertise for the following tasks:

  • You are the first point of contact for the customers assigned to you.
  • Together with your colleagues you qualify and plan the service requirements from the customer‘s side and implement them as planned.
  • You work on concepts for technical tasks related to OTRS products and services.

Your profile:

Do you enjoy integrating business and IT in direct customer contact? Then you will certainly meet the following requirements:

  • You have a successfully completed training as an IT specialist (e.g. Fachinformatiker) and have experience in the areas of Managed IT Services and ideally Open Source.
  • You bring a very good knowledge of the Linux environment.
  • You are a team player with good communication skills.
  • You have a strong command of English – spoken and written.
  • Certification as „OTRS certified Administrator“ is beneficial.
