Cupertino, CA, October 16 – The newest version of the service management suite OTRS will be available on November 19th. To support digital transformation efforts, OTRS 7 helps companies leave behind rigid structures and make workflows even more efficient. The latest version offers many new functionalities and an optimized modern customer interface.

Here is a small OTRS 7 preview. Many tasks can be automated and, in the new release, automated script activities in processes provide for execution of scripts without manual intervention. For example, this may be useful to automatically send email or move an order to the next process step. This saves the user time, reduces the rate of error and increases customer satisfaction. Another key word is agility: OTRS 7 helps users adapt to changes and react quickly. Dynamic search enables, for example, fast and dynamic content searches – regardless of where the content is stored.

Numerous other features that improve communication and transparency, as well as the new user-friendly customer interface, complete the latest software solution.
