- Application Management & Onboarding: The solution makes it easier for everyone involved to fill open positions in the company. While the HR team can post jobs in just a few steps, applicants can easily apply via an external platform and integrate existing profiles from job portals. For the further process, a clear dashboard shows the status of all applications, and automated processes support decisions about the next steps – such as the invitation to an interview. Once the decision for a new employee has been made, OTRS for HR Management supports the onboarding process.
