What you can expect:

Being an Implementation Expert (f/m/d) at OTRS you are part of an international team and support the implementation and configuration of our OTRS systems and web services. You will develop complex interfaces via REST or SOAP API to external as well as internal tools. In this position you can also expect the following:

You will receive your assignments from our sales team in close coordination with our process consultants.
Your tools: MacBook, iPhone & further equipment for your home office as well as a company credit card after successfully completing your probationary period.

Short-haul flights: Economy class – bonus points will be credited to your own account.
Your area of operation: 20% onsite meetings, 80% home office.

This is you:

You have a degree in Computer Science or business equivalent. In addition, you have first practical experience in the area of web service development.
You have good to very good knowledge in the administration of LINUX distributions and are familiar with web technologies (HTML, XML, AJAX/ JavaScript and JSON/Rest).
You are a team player who can quickly adapt to new situations. You also keep a cool head and deliver high-quality work under time pressure.
You have fluent German and very good English skills.
Determination, the ability to think abstractly, creativity and a high degree of initiative are among your strengths.
Your curiosity about the OTRS universe and desire to learn make you a perfect fit for this position.
