What you can expect:

As an OTRS Sales Representative, you will play a key role in our company‘s continued success, as you will be responsible for identifying and closing potential sales opportunities. Furthermore, you can expect the following:

  • You build, forecast and manage leads as well as business contacts.
  • You generate new leads for your sales pipeline.
  • We offer a challenging and rewarding work with a high degree of autonomy and the flexibility to work from your home office.
  • You will report to the OTRS Singapore office.
  • Additionally, we will provide you with leading edge equipment (MacBook), a supportive company culture and opportunities for domestic travel.

This is you:

  • You are a ‘self-starter’ with demonstrable success in consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • As a goal-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic person you feel comfortable in a “hunter’s role” – doing cold calls and prospecting for new customers within an assigned territory.
  • You bring the ability to engage with prospects from managerial to C-Level and navigate leads through the complete sales cycle to closure – including sales and product presentations via multiple channels.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in SaaS sales and/or IT services is highly preferred (minimum 3 years).
  • You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, ideally you already worked with CRM/ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
  • You are fluent in English (written and verbal communication) and are comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Citizenship or permanent residency status of Malaysia is required.
  • Mandarin, Malay or other regional spoken languages are a plus.
