What you can expect:
As a Process Consultant (f/m/d) at OTRS you are part of an international team and realize various projects up to implementation and configuration. You will design complete OTRS systems for our customers or extend them according to their requirements. In this position you can also expect the following:
- Varied and exciting tasks with a great deal of personal responsibility and a high degree of independence.
- You will be part of an international team with a strong team spirit, a great working atmosphere and regular team events.
- You receive your consulting assignments from our sales team, directly via our OTRS. You plan the trip yourself and our office team takes care of the booking.
- Your tools: MacBook, iPhone & further equipment for your home office as well as a company credit card after successfully completing your probationary period.
- First class train travel and accommodation in business hotels.
- Short-haul flights: Economy class – bonus points will be credited to your own account.
- Your area of operation: 20% on site meetings, 80% home office.
This is you:
- You have a degree in Computer Science or business equivalent. In addition, you have first practical consulting experience.
- You have very good knowledge in process modeling (UML, BPMN, YAWL) and are familiar with web technologies (HTML, XML, AJAX/ JavaScript and JSON/Rest).
- You are friendly, punctual, articulate and can make complex topics understandable to lay people.
- You are a team player who can quickly adapt to new situations. You also keep a cool head and deliver high-quality work under time pressure.
- You have fluent German and very good English skills.
- Determination, the ability to think abstractly, creativity and a high degree of initiative are among your strengths.
- Your curiosity about the OTRS universe and desire to learn make you a perfect fit for this position.
