And as different as the concerns of these customers are, so too are the characters and interests in the team: Mail servers are not your thing? Never mind, maybe you’re our next web services expert. Whether you’re the technician who feels most at home on the shell; whether you prefer to dig in with a pickaxe for a while to get to the bottom of a particularly complex problem; or whether you just love providing reliable, solution-oriented service – chances are excellent that you’ll meet like-minded people on this team. We support your individuality and the team spirit in equal measure. Each individual shares his or her know-how and is happy to show you how to get the most out of OTRS. Virtually around the globe – whenever and wherever technical expertise is needed!
